Is there any news on his injury?

I was excited by this signing and I think we'll see a different Harrison under MW, like we have with pretty much all the players.

Was really disappointed with him this morning

I like what he can offer off the bench. Something a bit different, can't tell if lucky, genius or just chaotic, so far he's been a good option off the bench particularly last season however I thought he had a stinker this morning.

His touch was awful and seemed so hesitant, there was a moment he came quite deep and could barely control a simple pass then almost scuffed the simple side ways pass he made.

I thought he was 100% the right option to bring on in the position we were in, but he was really not on it today at all.

Scored again tonight for Walsall.

Started the last three games for top-of-the-table Walsall and has scored twice.

Can’t even call this one hindsight.

Wanted him to be playing. Definitely did not want him to leave. Mental how neither our current and previous manager rated him.

Every time he played I thought we were a far more exciting team to watch. Criminally underrated.

Obviously something wasn’t right here. 3 managers rarely used him , despite him being very effective as a sub. He was very popular with the other players as well. But wanted to move and it’s a good move for him.

We aren’t really scoring any goals from midfield in the box anymore. Our midfield goals are now blasts from outside of the area. That’s a big problem in my view. Harrison could hold it and create a bit of havoc and space , Hogan is a clever player and a good finisher but doesn’t quite create the same level of space as Harrison did ( or indeed Dean did last season ).

Walsall play a totally different way to how we do. There's a reason he barely scored goals for us, and it's probably because he wasn't suited to how we set up - we've got/a
Had a team that's a mishmash of several managers, starting with Alexander who had players not fit for what we really want to go toward. Ellis and Walsall are much closer to Alexander's style than ours.

Fully agreed. Another one that got away. I did like Harrison a lot.

You had me convinced right up until you suggested we have / had a "style"!
