If you take whoscored ratings and draw a line under Crowley (ignoringTucker), only ten players make the grade

Hogan was signed on a 2 year contract according to Toby Locke and in a shite team our 3 defenders have started to play well

Ugh. Bet he's on a pretty salary too but hopefully we can move him on.

According to Camdenite's brilliant squad list thread, these guys are up for renewal next month:

Trueman
MacGillivray
Harness
Sandford
Scholtz
Tucker
Anker
Leko
Harrison

Hoped there'd be.more than that to be honest, but of those I would only be looking to re-sign MacG and maybe Truman if he is OK being a no.2 keeper.

Lots of retained lists / announcements from across the EFL being picked up by the BBC now. I wonder when we will do ours (and when is the formal deadline)?

Can’t imagine there’s a formal deadline, or an actual requirement, for retained lists to be published. Contracts expire or they don’t, and I’d have thought their publication is just a modern convention.

I imagine we wanted tonight out of the way before we released ours, though perhaps it’s later due to Warne coming in quite late and changing some players minds/players changing his mind.

contracts usually up in June. the players will already know anyway. It's always normally announced around this time before players staff etc go on good

Pelly Ruddock released by Luton. could he do a job?

Just seen Ruddock’s cousin is Peter Kioso, formerly of this parish.

Isn't that what we need at the very least, decent L1 players? We got a few average L1 players in this season and look where it got us.
