About time we got some answers here because we are missing his presence and leadership badly, is he injured? Is he exiled? Is he in young dons zone? It’s becoming embarrassing.

I love Lewington, but it's about time we stand on our own two feet. He's 40 years old. Yes there may or may not have been shenanigans behind the scenes, but the blokes football career is over and no longer has anything to offer us on the pitch. It's sad but it's reality.

Yeah, unfortunately the Lewie era is over, there’s nothing he can do

You’re telling me we’d be worse off having him on the bench over Waller?

Yeah Waller had a terrible game on the bench. Pull him off.

You’re missing the point entirely here, we have zero leadership in the team, none. His presence is 100% missed on matchdays.

You mean by just his presence and flowing ginger locks or is he supposed to push Lindsey aside and shout at the players.

I couldn't give a shit. All I know is he isn't there. I am more concerned about the walking football and the sleepwalking to non league. So fucking slow again and a 40 year old won't change that on the pitch. No if you mean he has more influence than lindsey then you are probably right. But let's say this if he is doing his coaching badges and he does take over and we are still shit would you all show him the same contempt as people do lindsey?

Okay, now I know you’re joking or did he do to you. Very pedantic.

Definitely the latter - it would be rather funny, and I'd be more entertained than I was during pretty much the whole of Saturday's game
