More of the share of the vote than the liberals, but 65 ish less seats (3rd largest share overall). Safe to assume that City folks are the ones that vote Reform country folk like the Cotswolds and north Devon vote Liberal. I guess that is logical considering what city folk get worked up over. It's just odd to me how the party with the 3rd biggest share only get 4 seats, but I guess that how it falls.

Good night to be fair.

Tories lost a lot of the Uniparty robots (although sadly a couple still sneaked through) and now have an interesting choice. If they continue on the same lines and stick to the centre it's Labour for a long time.

Mandelson bemoaning the loss of Tobias Ellwood said it all on Radio 4 this morning.

Yeah, it is strange.
There's certainly an argument for proportional representation. But obviously pros and cons to all formats, and I don't follow politics much at all so don't know if any would be fairer / better than the current system.

I've been getting increasingly frustrated today with the media coverage of Reform. You'd think they won the bloody election the way that Laura idiot has been reporting it on BBC (I thought she had left as their political editor?).

They got 4 MPs. Fair enough. But so did the Greens. Yet all I have seen all day is Farage, Farage, Farage. I still don't even know the name of the Greens leader!!

They have barely been on BBC today.

They have joint leaders; Carla Denyer and Adrian Ramsay.

I voted reform, ask me anything. Try not to insult me in the process, if you can at all help it.

I've not been watching the TV but on the website and live feed Reform have been a main narrative. (Now with 5 seats, not 4).

To an extent, I think you've answered your own question. (Not that you phrased it as such, but you get my meaning).
