Controversial as to some of our fan base he can do no wrong. But some of Max Dean's behaviour today was shocking. The stamp, his booking in the end.

Love him at times, but we've seen this creep in a lot when he's frustrated. Maybe cashing in on him whilst his stock is relatively high and before he gets too much of a reputation could be a good thing

This 100%, I don't even care if he stays or not. Cashing in now is probably the best option, at his age he's easily a £2m or £3m player surely? Maybe more if there's a bidding war.

Can't see it at all. L2 team, probably a year maybe two on his contract. If we get £1million I'd be gobsmacked.

I'd keep him for anything under £2m tbh. But that's irrelevant, because we all know we will sell him to a mid table Championship club for 500k because we "don't want to stand in his way".

Trouble is keeping him probably means he leaves for free next summer so you always need to factor that in.

I think his wave at the end means he is off. When he came on at FGR last season away you could see he needed to learn how to handle his emotions better as does Harvey.

Thought his penalty was poor, he has taken one penalty previously and put it in that exact spot surely he knows keepers do their homework.

I thought Harrison should have taken it. I would be happy if Harrison stays.

Also just watched the stamp back, very silly, petulant and was only 1-0 at the time

Other than the goal I thought he was pretty crap tonight, not that any player could be rated as good, but he seemed more intent on being Mr Angry than playing football

A really good season overall for young Max. To be honest I didn't see it coming, so fair play to him and also Mark Jackson for bringing him in. If Saturday is anything to go by, he has still got tons to learn. I love the fire in his belly and it's a key part of his game, but the Crawley CB's got inside his head both legs and near on nullified him. For want of a better word he needs to "Grow Up" and mature. Understandable for his age, but it's something he needs to work on. Otherwise, he will continue to be an easy target.

I suspect he will be leaving in the summer. Good luck to him, but I hope for his sake, he doesn't go too far up the ladder and jump into the championship as a bit part player. I wish it was with us in L1, but I can see a Peterborough or a Barnsley snapping him up. Presumably a year left on his deal, I am not sure we are in a position to demand millions.

He's definitely been a "Hit" this season.

Suspended for three games for the stamp against Crawley. Can't have any complaints about that, and doubt it will affect his value.

3 game ban completely fair, he should've been sent off. Though as others have said, I don't think the suspension will be our problem to deal with.
