I'm approaching mid-thirties and was lucky enough to get offered a jab due to having slightly high liver enzymes for some reason - either way I was classed as being at increased risk.

Had mine (Pfizer) in mid-Feb, next one due mid-May. Was a slick operation at a local health centre near me, went in gave my name, told to sit in a booth, didn't feel a thing (not even a slight pressure), then had to sit around for 15 minutes for the observation period and then left. Only side effect I had was a sore/aching arm for a couple of days but that disappeared almost overnight.

Impressed.

Just as aside...life doesn't get any easier from now on mate ;)  :ugeek: :ugeek:
Was shocked (in a really good way!) how well it was managed and the easiness of the process.

Unlike others, I was buggered the next day. Got sent home from work for being unable to stay awake!

Out of curiosity, is the second supposed to have better/worse/exactly the same reactions for those who take? I don't know how many have had their second jab as of yet, but am looking forward to finding out as I am due to have my second last week of April/first week of May.

Both me (Oxford Astra Zeneca) and Mrs Scribble (Pfizer) were fine after the first jab, however, after the second jab for Mrs Scribble she felt a bit yucky the next day with feeling “heady” and extremely tired.

Due for my second jab in May :D

The Current Mrs Gers had her first jab this week. A couple of days with aching muscles, then nothing.

Not the 12 week gap we have here in the UK then?
