My parents volunteer at a vaccination centre and said today was the quietest it has been in weeks, though the past month has been up and down compared to a very busy start. Now the over 50's and vulnerable are vaccinated, I have absolutely no idea why they are still doing it by age. The risk to youngsters like myself is statistically insanely low, if vaccination centres are quiet and all those in a higher risk category are vaccinated just let anyone book a slot and jab us all!

It was really quiet. I was down there around eight thirty I'll admit, but nowhere near as busy as my first jab.

Same with me when I had my second - I wasn't going to complain though; first one I waited 30 mins in line in the cold. Second it was peeing down but I went straight in.

Had my second jab last week at a chemists, nobody else in there waiting, in and out in minutes with the obligatory 15 minute wait in the car before driving.

Felt rough as hell the next day, which surprised me as the first jab gave me no reaction

I've had yet another terrible reaction. Hardly slept a wink. Absolutely soaking wet with sweat, and shivering all night. Feeling worn out this morning. Therefore I'll be having the day off.

And exactly the same deal as the last time. Woke up this morning running around like a two year old. Full of energy.

Don't know about others, but I was asked quite a few questions this time in regards to my first dose. The nurse told me that a few people had mentioned the same reaction as I did.

Had my second jab at the OU last Sunday. It was mobbed - the queue was out the door and across the car park.

No ill effects at all, same as the first one.

The nurse was telling me that apparently the more handsome and suave you are the worst the effects are. I felt fucking terrible.

Well. I began to feel dreadful again last evening. Fell asleep around eight. Just woken, and feel as if I've been run over by a bus. Which has pissed me off on two fronts.

One, it's looking like a glorious day.
And two, my Chinese takeaway and half a pint of Guinness are still sitting on the dining room table. Both hardly touched.

I feel shit.
