I though the was a decent, all round keeper with a sub-par defence in front of him.

I thought he was average. With a sub par defence in front of him.

I am, however chuffed he's got a move. After last year wondering if his career was dwindling, he's got a full year of contracted football and 2 clubs at League level. That's superb for him and glad it hasn't taken him long.

Nice bloke, average keeper who stood out slightly amongst two other average/poor keepers.

Compared to Marschall, Kelly was up there with the likes of big Dave Seaman

Thought for a third choice keeper he done ok

I'm all honesty he looked slightly better than Marschall but in terms of goals conceded he was worse and he was 33rd in terms of clean sheet percentage in the league which is abysmal. Does anyone expected him to start for his new club?

If we're gonna use the crap defence argument which I've seen elsewhere to defend him, we have to apply that to Marschall too.

Kelly conceded some absolutely terrible goals.

Made some good penalty saves though.
