Anyway, Liam was released in the summer of 2019. He went on trial with Nottingham Forest a few weeks later and played a few friendlies for them (scoring against Sheffield United in pre-season) before signing for their U23s/reserves on a short term deal which ended mid-2020.
After a few months out he signed for one of his former loan clubs, 6th-tier side St Albans City, joining former Dons academy player Kyran Wiltshire. He's still with St Albans City at the moment.
