God, he is such a drip. We knew he was devoid of any personality but my god, the more broken he becomes the worse he gets.

Just want to give him a shake and tell him to show some fucking character.

What an awful appointment by Carlisle.

He’s just a wet fart, he needs to find a bit of toughness, a spine of some description and some personality, then and only then, he might make it in the National League again, absolutely no chance of getting a job in EFL, I just cannot believe Carlisle actually paid compensation to get him, if they waited another week they’d have got him for nothing

Based on the latest comments, MW clearly can't adapt & learn, or won't. Even his interview approaches and content are getting rounded on by the Carlisle fans now, like us.

He's not unlikeable really....

Not enough to dislike

I'll say it again.....surely he has enough tucked away as an ex Prem footballer....he should just retire and go and play golf a few times a week

I always thought he was a bit of a bellend to Toby Lock. Went out of his way to disagree with every question. I reckon if you asked Toby if he enjoyed interviewing him it would be a no

I have a feeling he is masking a lot of anxiety

Genuinely worried about him after seeing the latest interview

He is not made of rhe right stuff for fist team coach at EFL level
