He's doing really well and forging a promising career. Whilst I am not sure I can see him go much further up the ladder, he's on a much higher ladder than us!!

Made his international debut for Ghana in the World Cup Qualifiers yesterday.

Tisdale worked with some great young talent at Exeter, always amazed me he never quite saw enough in BTA - but I understood the decision at the time all the same.

Given our striker issues the next season he could've been an asset, hindsight and all that
