Charlie has suffered an injury following his loan extension at Banbury United and has returned to us. Shame, as it seemed he was popular there and doing well.

He was brilliant in the second half, very assured, good in the air, loved the Darling type surge up the pitch, he’s learnt a lot on loan at Sutton, he’s got to be in the reckoning for a starting place

I was a bit concerned when he first came on…..but I soon dropped that, absolutely brilliant, start him Tuesday 100%.

This.

When he was coming up I was very worried but he looked class. Charlie 'the wall' Waller.

I think having the elder statesman alongside him really helped. Didn't put a foot wrong and looked very comfortable on the ball and very dominant in the air.

Slightly OT but do we know if Offord picked up a knock or was it tactical? I would be tempted to give Waller a run of games now.

I thought he looked great - oozing confidence - we were in Club Red yesterday and had a great view of his performance, definitely one of the day's highlights

Again looked really good and my MoM, Gilbey got it because of that goal, but Charlie was our best player over the 95 minutes

Yeah this.

I liked Crowley tonight too but for a young lad, Waller was exceptional.
