The more I look at this signing, the more confused I am about it.

He has always been very injury prone and missed a large percentage of games in almost every season he’s been involved in, yet we seemed to sign him as first choice (we gave him number 2).

What I am even more confused about is his position. He doesn’t look like a WB at all and looking back on his time at Accrington, I can’t see that he ever played there and was instead a CAM and seemed to be reasonably effective.

So we’ve signed an injury prone CAM as first choice RWB. Baffled.

Dear Baffled,

I too am puzzled by the decisions behind the signing. Would you maybe like to meet up some time to discuss it?

Perplexed.

Not looked great in the little game time he has had so far. Seems a strange signing to say the least.

I’d totally forgotten about him, then realised I’ve seen him play and wasn’t impressed.

I think we’ve recruited a few duds in this bloated squad

He's done himself no harm in the last couple of games. A good squad option. Had some real poor moments at the start of the season, and some niggles, but it looks like SL has put his arm round him and given him some confidence.

Do I think he will be here next season? Probably not. Feels Lawson D'athesque, but he's got plenty of time to prove me wrong. No idea when Tomlinson is back.

Should have scored today though.

Signed for Oldham today after his release last night, and is in their squad for a game tonight!

Good to see he got a quick move. I remain absolutely baffled as to why we signed a CAM as our first choice RWB.

Quite possibly the oddest signing we've ever made.

Good for him, chuffed he got a move quickly.

Agreed though, odd signing.
