I thought he had his best game for us today and was the standard performer, even in that pretty drab first half.

Broke up play really well and seemed to be everywhere. Really controlled on the ball too.

Special shoutout for Watson too, who had a really difficult first half (don’t think the strong wind helped) but second half he was top quality.

Thought he done well today, dogged, determined display, like a Jack Russell constantly nipping at your ankles

He was better v Wycombe for me but he’s growing into the team

I think we've missed this type of player since Gleeson / Navarro.

Yup. Agree with all of that.

He seems to get better each game, thought he was very good today.

That potentially game saving tug and swing of the players arm as he moved into open space was a thing of utter beauty and the difference between a good player and a great player to spot that danger and have the awareness and maturity to know what needed to be done in the right area. Not only that for a loan player it showed real desire and commitment to the club he’s only at short term.

A really really good addition to the team. I’d like to see him here in the future if it doesn’t work out at West Ham.

He's like a little terrier, I love him.
First couple of games I wasn't quite sure but he's really found his feet now.

Exactly right, he is terrier-like. Always chasing. If he does make a mistake he's always trying to win it back immediately.

We still miss one or two of the qualities Robson had in that position, but Coventry has proved to be a good addition so far.

Excited for big Dave to come back soon too. Not sure who our best two in the middle would be though - Coventry/McEachran, Kasumu/Coventry or Kasumu/McEachran?

Totally.

Maybe it's the initials but he reminds me of Colin Cameron. No fuss and bother, just a fully professional performance.

But I'm senile, so I'm probably wrong. :)
