Saw a Reading fan do this on Twitter and it looked interesting. Only one manager per square, caretaker managers can be used. Below is my take. Feel I may have been a little harsh on Scott Lindsey, but I reckon he'll get some boos from our fans next season which is what swayed me. I know he had one good year at Crawley, but he was awful for us and the culture and atmosphere at the club felt very toxic at times. Bad Manager; Loved by the Fans was a hard one. I ended up with Micciche because although we often poke fun at 'Dan with a plan' and how badly his stint went, I think if he was at the bar before a home game most would buy him a drink and have a friendly chat due to i) how lovely he is, and ii) the great work he did over the years with our youth. Interested to see what everyone else thinks and the different managers that get picked that I didn't include.

It shows The Snake's hype that he considered a great manager while we finished lower end of L1 while the guy who got us promoted to thw Championship is just an average manager. I also would say that Neilson was a bad manager for us. I think you're just trying to fit managers into boxes.

I had an inconsistent blend of judging manager's by their stint with us but also their wider career before and after they were with us. Martin and Karl both have one promotion on their CV, one was promoted to the Premier League whilst the other was to the Championship.

I mean, that is sort of the fun and challenge of it. Trying to justify certain choices was challenging and some of my picks could easily have been swapped around. Never mind though, we can all just go back to arguing about sources and ITK's if that's how we want to spend our summer on this forum.

I don't understand. How can Alexander be a great manager and Lindsey average?

The fact Alexander is under the great category means its not based on his time with us, so then neither should Lindseys? He's a great manager if you base it on what he has done at Crawley.
