Change is always controversial but also necessary, as we have seen since the owners came in they are committed to moving the club forward and spending money to do it. The new badge is decent and actually better than the old one so well done Farhad, Neil and the team.

Based on our recent trajectory, I am all for change.

Makes it easier for Castore to iron it on to the overpriced shirt. Generic circular badge. Love to see it.

This feels like a post when we hire a new manager, hopefully it only lasts as long as the recent appointments

The new owner and CEO clearly have a vision for the club. They are the experts (Neil Hart) let them do the job they're paid for. So much off the pitch stuff has improved, I have no doubt we're in good hands and that in a couple of seasons time we'll look back on this last season and the changes and they will be viewed as pivotal in our turnaround.

Kudos, they've managed to make one of the worst badges in English football even more terrible.

Even bigger kudos that they went through with it

What does a badge do to enhance the playing staff? Is it becuase it is circular we are going to be winning every game next season. Fuck why didn't we think of this in 2004 we would be in the Club World Cup this summer

I haven't said that the badge will make a blind bit of difference to the playing staff have I? I've acknowledged that things have improved off the pitch (they have, havent they)? My view, as limnited as it is, is based on what I've sween from Paul Warne so far, we haven't lost under him, true we haven't won many either, but it's been a step forward with a squad of players who clearly have underperformed this season. If some of the names touted are to be believed and we play a little more direct, then I believe we'll be out of League 2 next season and with the financial clout we have, that momentum could easily continue the season after, hence my "vision for the future" post.

Clearly your view is different, you hate the badge etc, etc, etc.

I dont particularly like it but those who moan about the change (In general) saying things such as "focus on the playing squad" have clearly no idea how brand/commercial benefits are as important as a decent playing squad. Money, marketability etc.
