Taking charge of the team on interim basis.

Interesting to see Ian Watson has come back from Carlisle

 such a shambles.

Must be said though, for whatever reason and based on little other than him seeming a charming bloke and a busy character on the touchline I liked Busted.

So we've appointed Mike and Busted from Gateshead. Later bringing Carl Magnay.
They've left to go to Carlisle.
Magnay lasted a month before going to Gateshead.
We've appointed Scott Lindsey and his backroom team, including Ben Gladwin from Vrawley.
Crawley hire Rob Elliott from Gateshead who replaced Mike Williamson at Gateshead, with Magnay going from MK to Carlisle to Gateshead because Elliott goes to Crawley.
Lindsey and his backroom fired (Some remaon I guess, reading into it further) - and Gladwin brings back a bloke from Carlisle that he's never worked with who left before he came in

Shambles indeed. Makes the sacking of SL at this point even more absurd. I really cant see whats in it for any single party in this scenario. The club, Gladwin, Busted, anyone.

In for rest of the season as press statement says process will be to recruit a new manager for next season.
Usually the coaches get binned with the manager. Suggests something else was going on behind scenes with Lindsey, and maybe something kicked off on Saturday night as only one week ago our CEO was saying how much the club was invested in Lindsey and knew it would take time. The old guy Laraman who sort of limped around has also left.

This is a gamble in my view and we could really do with 2 good results this week to get us away from a relegation fight.

Ha, how utterly, utterly pointless.

We weren't getting play offs and others have assured me we aren't getting relegated, so was this not the perfect opportunity to give a manager time to fix the deep rooted issues? It is unlikely we'll get an opportunity like this again.

The only good thing is Ian Watson, who I actually quite liked. However, it is a team with no fresh ideas. All of them have been with us within the last 6 months.

Ian Watson has managed to be on our coaching team for our game against Carlisle in August, do 5/6 months at Carlisle and be back in our dugout by the time we next play them  fuck sake.
