I used to hate them - but strangley miss waiting for it to come online post a Manager sacking.

Has felt really "empty" after Lindsey was sacked - no real communication with the fans or explanation or anything.

Although Pete got slammed for those videos - at least he felt he could "talk" to the fans and explain the reasoning behind the decison and next steps.

The new owners could do an AI bot version of Pete, with him saying their words. Bit like the Zelensky Trump card trick meeting doing the rounds. His bot could race Donnie and Mooie around the car park.

Strange I'm the complete opposite, it's been refreshing not to have to hear it

This. How many times have we heard "we will learn from our mistakes". Begins to just get white noise at this point. This is why I feel he was everyone's friend rather than a football club owner.

Where is our CEO, he said he would keep us informed re: club affairs.

I liked PW; met him three times and had 'a proper chat' not a 'hi'. On a personal level how could you not like him? But....
I'm with you on this. 'Learn from mistakes'. For me it was always 'this is an exciting time because you know....' I never felt excited. Just nervous.
With good reason - as it turned out every time.

Oh God, those videos.

15 minutes of Pete constantly interrupting Antoni mid asking question. Rinse and repeat lines of the following:

"Oh Antoni believe me when I say that no one is more disappointed than me"
"Nobody wanted this to work more than me, and it was a difficult decision to let him go"
"I mean look behind me, Antoni. This is not a stadium for League 2, this is a Championship stadium and we need to get there"
"We need to identify someone who can come in and get us back to the MK way. It's a style we've always been known for"

Let's just do what every normal club does when they sack a manager. Quick statement, then replace him.

I reckon he still makes those videos all the time at home. He just doesn't post them any more.

I wonder if he actually misses it all? Does he still come to games?
