Didnt we have a disallowed goal against posh that shouldve stood?

They got a penalty for a foul outside the area and Gleeson got sent off as last man.

... Yes, well remembered.

I still think we suffered a lot of "less than neutral" refereeing then, especially noticeable when we were doing well.

Officialdom at L1 &L2 level is just poor. Orient should have had a goal disallowed for offsid¼e, but also didn't get a clear penaty.

I don't recall that but I do recall Mackail-smith scoring a goal that might have been offside, at least I remember thinking it was at the time. May have turned out that he was on-side.

Baldock scored a contentious disallowed goal in the 3-2 if I recall correctly.

Flo's penalty still gives me nightmares to this day.

Flo gives me nightmares to this day. He was an absolute definition of wage stealer. The only thing of note that he did was miss the penalty. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but coming out of retirement as a favour to a friend is a big red flag.

It’s a pretty bad situation when your goalkeeper is selected to take a penalty ahead of your ex international centre forward.

Great penalty by Willy, mind.
