Of course you can see it as a cheap shot but you were the ones running everyone down for stating the bleeding obvious (Carlisle and Morecombe couldn't catch a cold let alone us), well turns out the bleeding obvious was right and you were overreacting, I just thought maybe some humble pie might be being eaten.

I find it very odd that you feel the need to do this after we secured our league status. It’s a positive day why be snippy on the forum :?

Feels almost like a promotion to me compared with the alternative.

The only other bet I've placed on us was in 2012 when I woke up sure that we would win 5-1 at Bury.

We won 4-1 and hit the woodwork twice. I didn't win £4400 that day.

Still very happy though...

I had a discussion in a group chat in February, I said as awful as we are we wont go down because there are much worse teams. That was the case. We shouldn't be proud of that. But we should be humble enough to accept the position we are in. We've got billionaires in charge. We'be got a manager who should be at least one division abve us. Lets fucking go

Yes it’s hard to underestimate just how fucking crap you have to be to drop out of the Football League.

Shout out to East Wing Don, Ormeau, Towcestrian, Joe89, midfielder, Zen, epdon and others any thoughts after today? Do you think you were overreacting to the remote chance of relegation?

I wouldn’t say overreacting? All it would have taken is a Carlisle win and us lose and for me it would have been panic stations. Luckily…that didn’t happen! :)

It took us 44 games to secure League 2 survival. It definitely wasn't overreacting.

Yeah, but hasn’t it just taken all the thrill out of the last two games, no more waiting for the missed clearance, the inevitable own goal, the tension? And it took an MK Dons style calamity for us to score. :D :D :D

The tension is if and when Lewie will come on and how slow he has become.
