Given we still have 1 more to play, does anyone think he'll make the bench or lineup against Swindon?
Surely he deserves to on today's performance but it could sour what was a special occasion at home

Warne said he's got a chance in his pre-match presser. I suspect it's totally down to Lewie if he wants to put himself through it after the emotions of today.

Anyone know which former players were in attendance today?

3CR said Ian McLouglin was, and I've seen a picture of Sam Baldock. Any other notable sightings?

My worry was that he would sign for another club to play for one more year, and selfishly that would upset me. From how 3CR have spoken this weekend it sounds like he's retiring from playing all together, and his post match interview suggests as much. He said that in an ideal world he would love to stay at the club. In Warne's pre match presser he said that Lewie will be such a miss to the dressing room and both him and Barker know how incredible he is both as a footballing man and as a person. Am I being stupid, but reading between the lines it seems that all integral parties involved think it's best that he stays with the club? I think he'd be a phenomenal coach with the first team under Warne and Barker.

Post match I saw Ian McLouglin, David Martin and Dean Bowditch hanging about in club red, I heard a rumour that Dele had come back too

Also I believe Lewie has set the new record for oldest player to play?
Wikipedia has it currently as Alex Rae (40 years 211 days) Lewie as of yesterday was 40 years 344 days old.

I'd be surprised, he appears to have been on Como's bench

Como had their home game today, potentially enough time to travel.

If we had a player that was travelling to another country in back in less than 24 hours between games for a recreational activity then I'd be pretty pissed
