As someone who's asked for a change of badge in the past I'm certainly eating my words...

Awful choices with the original being the standout

But that wont fit the narrative of mass producing cheap kits with ease and selling them for silly money

Pretty sure you can't use "THE" coat of arms, though. An adjusted nod to it, maybe but not the actual one.

Also, they're so complex to stitch and don't stand out enough. It's why most crests these days are so minimalist.

It’s more to do with the fact you can’t copyright something you don’t own.

Best known recent(ish) example was Fulham, who incurred the wrath of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s lawyers and had to re-design to that awful FFC they have now.

Yep - the Hart in Stevenage and Watford's logos, Atleti's bear and tree, the boat and water only City and United's crests. The castle on Hibernian's logo. Newcastle's weird thing with their nod to the coat of arms. List goes on. Adapt it, but don't "use" it.

Interesting that none of the Supporters Board, MKDSA or Dons Action have made any real public comment about the vote or the badge

When are the “results” of this poll due?

If a name change is also on the cards how about Milton Keynes Nil

Come on lads and ladies, let's stop messing about....

Milton Keynes City (not MK Dons)
New badge, more traditional
Replace Sweeting with new Sporting Director
Get rid of Lindsey
Big summer window signing players far too good for this league
Offload more dead wood, under-performers and those that don't want to be here
Pre-season tour abroad somewhere warm including a couple of games open to supporters
Switch from Castore to, well anyone else really

25/26 season Champions, 107 points, promoted by March

You know it makes sense deep down, all of it.

It's the revitalisation package this club desperately needs.
