How many young Arsenal fans remember their ancesters working in an armenants factory? Or do young Sheffield Wednesday fans still go every Wednesday to watch their team play? Are Manchester United still united when there is Manchester city? Are Blackburn Rivers still rovers now they have a home ground?

Not the main reason.

And those people who don’t like the Dons name have a perfectly valid point behind why they don’t like it.

But it's a reason you confirmed when I made it last time. Absolutely nobody, NO body changes their opinion on us if we drop one word from our name.

We will still be The Franchise.
We will still have 'stole' our League place.
We will still have 'no history'.
We will still be exactly the same.
So why bother changing to stop other people looking down on us?

If you don't like the club and what it is and what it stands for, support someone else.

So much this.

I don't give a monkeys about Wimbledon and never have. I was astounded that the FA sanctioned the move but we gave the team a second chance and as far as I was concerned it's just the local club.

When I lived in town I mostly watched Fulham, Chelsea, QPR and even Brentford. I didn't like WFC's 'brand' of anti-football so I never bothered to go there (I did see them at Brentford once but it was a very long time ago!).

Thanks, maybe this one for the kit, having way too much fun wasting time on this  badge change or not, i do think it’s imperative we keep the “dons”, we will always be the team that relocated from there to here, whether that lot (and the rest!) like it or not (not that we care for their views), it forms a HUGE part of our history!

I think the view from behind would be more appropriate

Yep, and with a number of string instruments flying either side of the cows backside but all missing it by some distance.

Can you do a version with no stupid red dot, and a steaming pile of dog shit instead of the cow?

This is interesting. It sounds like Neil Hart says here "70% have voted in favour (of a change)". I'm hoping that he mispoke and just meant that 70% of ST holders have voted, which would make far more sense.

Yup. It will just pointlessly pander to their foibles.

Everyone hates change. I don’t think I’ve seen a single club produce a new badge and theres not been anger.

Of the 3 options, I really dislike the 2nd one, but the other two are growing on me.

Option 1 or 3 and I’d not be disappointed. It’s just a badge.

To some it is. To others it isn't.

It's something you see all the time and if you dislike it, it's annoying.
