Is the performance director a trained and proven sports psychologist? It wouldnt appear so off the back of a crumbling mentality in big games. If they arent then we need to hire a psychologist, if they are they havent had a big enough impact and need their p45 and replacing.

The performance director is our physio Simon crampton. Jobs for the boys same with sweeting

So a physio and absolutely not a schooled psychologist then, which us as i will continue to reiterate, what we need.
