From his interview, it sounds like he has already reached out to some players and mentioned League One and Championship. They'll be a number of key players he had at Rotherham and Derby who are now a bit older and may potentially be willing to drop down to League 2.

I'd imagine it could include 1 or 2 of the following:

Michael Smith
Wes Harding
Conor Washington
Mendez-Lang
James Collins
Joe Ward

Looking at players leaving Rotherham Jake Hull may well get a call from Paul Warne he hasn't featured due to injury and was brought in by Warne, at 23 he has time to develop and will need the support of a manager he trusts so could be open to an approach.

I don't care how old they are, but please no crocks who end up only playing 10 games in a season.

It's so frustrating when we get a new player who starts the season, by half a dozen games in the other players are beginning to get an understanding of them. And then said player gets an injury that keeps them out for a dozen games.
