Just given an all timer interview after one of the best goalkeeper performances ive seen at the club.

His level of shithousery in the game was brilliant evidenced many times buying us precious relief without incurring any crazy stoppage time.

One of the best bits of experience i saw today was him running out to high five a player to delay his goal kick haha pure genius!

To think we were under the cosh so mucb snd he never faltered at sll! Dealt with everything in the air and showed real experience in game management.

A complete performance from him!

He did the post match presser today. Always thought he comes across very genuine with no ego and says it how it is. He really should have played more games for us in the 2 years he's been here and I never really bought that theory that he was bad on the ball. Granted he doesn't have an expansive range of passing but I wouldn't say he's concerns me when he's on the ball. He's a ruddy good shot stopper at the end of the day and that's what a keeper primarily should be. His contract is up at the end of the season and I would love him to be here next season. Definitely capable of keeping plenty of clean sheets at this level. Still haven't properly forgiven him for that Burton away game.

He did a few of the walk rounds to the crowd when GA was manager. Always came across like a top bloke and was interested in having a proper convo rather than doing his piece and getting back down the tunnel.
He can't half boot the ball too. Quite a few of his kicks from his hands went all the way to the kid in the other goal today. Probably to put him under pressure so he could mess up.

He’s a very good keeper, has that certain air of authority about him and very adept at wasting a few seconds, the goal kick near the end was a classic, he must have moved the ball four times before deciding enough time was used up before taking the kick.

Sign a new contract Craig, we promise not to fuck about with you next season

You've got to be in the box to win penalties

Never anything wrong with him and I said that at the time. It was a product of Wiliamsons ego. We had many more problems in that side other than a keeper and I am so glad he is back where he belongs as our number one and I bet he was laughing so loud when his replacement did what he did best

Yep, that was my thought - I bet he loved seeing the person who replaced him last season fucking up and gifting us a goal while he kept a clean sheet for us

Brought in during Alexander’s reign, and Warne’s style is certainly more aligned with him. Was impressive against Crewe, as Warne says he’s very commanding and likes to come for the ball when a cross or set piece comes in.

I wouldn’t be against him being number one next season.

Think this definitely means Trueman’s contract won’t be renewed though.

Good. Flapped a couple in and to me isn't strong enough.
