The one thing I'm not a fan of is what Neil Hart said recently, where he was waiting for Fahad to fly back to make a decision on the manager - surely this disrupts the flow of the business, and the whole point of appointing a CEO is to assist with the day-to-day leadership.
This isn't "day-to-day" business, though. This manager appointment is so, so important. I am happy for them to wait until everyone is in town. No rush. Just get it right.
