Not sure this is a good idea, Gladwin was/is part of the failure of the team

As short sighted as it is we have a game tomorrow and no immediate replacement in place. What were we supposed to do... I guess not sack Lindsey, but that ship has sailed for whatever reason. What annoyed me the official stance yesterday was he is sacked we are saying no more about it so don't question it. It is like we are just told to lump it even if we don't like it. I just hope we don't lose these next two games or I will say we might just be a little bit fucked. Not just the small threat of going down but the bigger issue of these players (if they are capable) losing confidence.

Got to give the guy a chance. Who knows, he might be an amazing coach in the making or the one that steadied the ship for a few months.
If not, who cares anyway
