We'll get Premier League Darts before Premier League Football

We've already had it!

This. I was there. Saw Jose de Sousa take out tops tops tops. Magic. :D

Pete Winkelman had the vision but struggled for money to sustain the next step up.
The new owners have the money. Let's support the vision to get up the leagues.

I look at Venky's who bought Blackburn Rovers years ago - in comparison, there is no reason why can't do better as a club. Ok, 2037 might be ambitious for PL football, but why the feck not.

Why does it have to be one end or the other end of the spectrum?

We're in League Tep. Have struggled to win games in League Two. Arguably lucky to survive in League Two and now we're mathematically safe we're discussing expanding the stadium, when we have barely 6.5k in a 30k stadium and talk of the Premier League?

Can't we just discuss aiming for promotion?

Well said.

Last week I was ecstatic we managed to score a single goal in a football match

It's fine to have dreams, have visions but we are so far off them right now.

If we got Premier League football, we aren't selling 30,000 seats every week.

I think you well might. As you're all saying it's a pipe dream at the moment but six or seven years from now it could happen. If it does you'll have increased support as you rise through the divisions. So if and when you get there I think you'd be looking to expand soon after.

But for now can you just win tomorrow please?

Attendances improved ever so slightly with promotion to The Championship. I guarantee you that a supporter base like us dealing with the prospect of Bournemouth or Fulham at our gaffer wouldn't fill the City with excitement. There'd be incomparable levels of full one week, half empty the next.

Enter to have a small but pleasant stadium and let scarcity make the season tickets become something people value.
