Benefiting is the spelling that is primarily used in American English.
Benefitting is the spelling that is primarily used in British English.
The same holds true for benefited or benefitted, the double t is the preferred spelling in British English
In which version of English is a double f the preferred spelling? ;)

 Oops I missed that !

Death by pedantry.

It’s the way I’d want to go. :D

Brilliant!!

Lesson 1 - when you cut & paste you still need to check the text for anything out of date:

From the fixture article:

MK Dons will cover close to 5,000 miles during the 2022/23 season.

Liam Manning's men will travel approximately 2,456 miles from Stadium MK to each of their 23 of their 2022/23 opponents next season – an average of 107 miles per away match. That number, added to the journey back, takes the total to 4,912 miles.

Anyone spot it?

The 2022 fixtures underneath might also be a clue

Their maths is also off. If it’s 2456 miles to each match, that’s a total of 56488 miles
