I'm a football fan and a former Sunday league player and nothing more than that, but even I can see that the structure of this team is so wrong.
Tonight and in most games this season, when we have the ball, we have a mixture of players deep in our own box and the remaining players way up field. There left is a gaping hole in midfield.
Due to our style, teams are pressing us heavily. Tonight as an example, Accy had 5 players pretty much in our area when our keeper had the ball. Why is no one moving into that space? It results in us playing it aimlessly across the back line, occasionally playing the ball 2 yards forward and then going back again, and this isn't even comfortable, the team is being aggressively pressed throughout.
I'm just really struggling to see how a paid coaching team cannot see this huge issue with the teams structure?
