I've just played a live version of David Watts very loudly.
(Yes I know it was originally a Kinks song).
I think he had been ill for some time.

Brilliant drummer, and a really nice guy too. Met him a few years ago when he did a talk at the Craufurd with Lynval Golding from the Specials. Really easy going, unless you wanted to chat about the style council I found. |
