Not only was she incredibly talented she was also incredibly brave. I'm Irish, for much of my life there has been a portrayal of her as being crazy, someone we should ignore and even pity. This was a concerted effort by certain sections of society in response to her protesting against the catholic church covering up child abuse.

Imagine having the strength to face down 1000s of people booing and screaming at you because you've shone a light on abuse. Not only did she face them down, she screamed back in her own powerful way.
