 Post subject: MOTM V SOUTHEND UNITED

I must confess I left on the final whistle and never once again heard the official MOTM, so if someone could fill in the blank, I would be grateful.
MOTM....not sure but I thought Gilbey did more in the short time he was on, to ask in the very least why is he not starting.
Anyway, as usual, your call.

The easy option is “none of them” because nobody stood out in a fairly dour display, but I will go with Nombe who did work hard leading the line.

(No idea who the official MOM was, I was on the A5 heading home by then)

It was indeed Russell Martin. Looked well pissed off in Club Red afterwards trying to explain the teams ineptness.

None of the above gets my vote, although if pushed there were phases where I thought Martin and McGrandles were better than the rest
