I know that some people prefer physical tickets. Given the circumstances does it not make sense to get online tickets in the meantime until the physical ones are sorted?

Still no tickets and along with others I am more than a little p****d off !!!

Maybe because not all of us have a smart phone.

How do you suggest we do that?

I don’t know. I’ve got online tickets as I asked for them that way. I would have thought that if you phone them they can convert.

Not sure it’s quite as straightforward as that, your season ticket is either online it’s or not.

Besides, that’s no good for people like my dad who not only has his own ticket but also my brother and sisters (both under 16) on his ticketing account.

I get that people want physical tickets but just wonder if it’s an interim solution if they can be converted.

You'd think that would be an option the club would think about perhaps. But then......they can't even put a stamp on an envelope and pop it in the post in time so.....
