Still no season ticket so phoned box office waited 30 minutes but I have to say lady in the box office assisted as much as she could and we have sorted out access to tomorrow’s match. Working today and probably won’t make it to the ground tomorrow much before 2-30.

Been made clear that now I have paper tickets to collect even if it arrives I mustn’t use the new season ticket.

So thank you to the lady at the sharp end but to those above/organising it has been a debacle and damaging

I bet they've done all of this on purpose to get fans to move to digital tickets.

Yes, about 30 and growing queue wise. Only 2 serving and covering the shop as well! She said ticket was posted but seems postie has lost many or felt what was like a credit card in there! paper tickets for next 2 matches and re print arranged for next weds so postie willing should get new season ticket in 10 days....anyone for another poll?

Was probably there for an hour in total. The queue was slow, but only two to three staff on dependent on lunch breaks.

I decided not to make any negative comments in person and instead send an email to avoid holding up the queue/bombarding the staff with the same complaints they've had for weeks.

They said they will reprint my season ticket and post it but I refused that offer and told them I'd collect it, because quite simply I can't trust them anymore. I was told it was in the post 2 weeks ago, but nope. The 'postie has lost many or felt what was like a credit card in there' is nonsense, very dog ate my homework excuse. They've fucked up with the ordering/programming of cards, tried to send them last minute, didn't want to pay for signed/tracked delivery and now trying to cover bases. No apology, no statement, absolutely nothing. Really frustrated right now.

Have been in the queue 45 mins so far. Very slow, hoping it doesn’t rain!

Thing is - there’s not even that many people……it’s just sooooo slow!

Right so I'm back home with paper tickets issued for the next two games "in case your ticket doesn't arrive for the next month". I queued for an hour and a half and there were only approx 30-35 people in front of me. A couple of points I'd like to make:

1. I feel for the people trying to serve everybody but a) don't chat and pass the time of day when doing so, and b) if you're the customer don't chat and tell your life story! Average serving time was about 2 mins for some and (no joke) 10 mins for others. Just get the job done quickly.

2. Don't lie to us. The season tickets werenot all posted 2 weeks ago. That's simply not true - there were hundreds stacked up on the couter last Saturday morning when I was kept waiting an hour for my Ipswich tickets. And to suggest the postal service has stolen them.....really??

3. An apologetic approach would be nice.

4. How about a seperate queue for those just buying match tickets and another for season ticket issues?

5. To the guy who stormed past the queue and barged in to pay cash for tickets. Well done, you were in and out in two minutes. You should know better at your age and to speak to people like that who dare to criticise after queuing for ages - what a t**t.

6. Well done to John Cove who decided perhaps a little customer care was in order and handed out some bottles of water.

7. The club has become a bit faceless since the departure of Andy Cullen. I don'y know who to complain to so it's on here for all you lucky people to read, and maybe it'll get passed on.

I'm basically imagining some fat, middle-aged Mockney who basically told you that "I'll do what I fackin' well want, you fackin' cant, or I'll fackin' sort you aaht".

Make him in his late 60's, early 70's and you've got it!

Still waiting on my sons ticket. I don't fancy queueing at the box office before every game
