I think it's inevitable that he will get poached by a bigger club at some point, if he isn't given more responsibility here.
He's already very well respected as a coach, works for the Spanish FA training people doing their UEFA A licenses, so definitely has the
knowledge to coach at any level I would say. Wouldn't be surprised at all if at the end of the season he moves on.
Think the best option would be, if (when) we are looking for a new manager, Rubio gets a caretaker opportunity to prove himself, and if he impress then to get the job full time.
