This is my prediction, will be tight and we'll need to park the bus for some games.

I think you are on another planet if you think there is only 3 games we will get 0 points from, from now until the end of the season.

That prediction includes an undefeated run for the next eight games, to follow 6 defeats and 2 draws (both against crap fellow relegation strugglers) from the last eight. Is that likely?

No. Of course we could beat Wigan away and lose to Fleetwood. We could pick up a few 0-0 against good opposition and it isn't unheard of for lowly sides to beat the top (Chessie beat Luton for example).

I think your table is highly optimistic, I hope you’re right, but I can’t see us taking anything from Bradford, Rotherham, Blackburn or Southend

Bradford have lost to loads of bottom clubs and their form is shocking.

The best odds you can get tonight ( Sat 24th Feb) are 2-9 on us going down. The bookies depend on getting things right.

We have been going down for weeks.

I'm sure DM is a lovely chap, and a brilliant coach of teenage development players ... but as a manager in a relegation scrap?

The club as a whole has been in denial ever since the Championship season.
* We had no coherent strategy in the Championship
* We stuck with KR too long in the following League 1 season when we were dropping down the table like a stone
* RN (who initially talked a good game) was a disaster
* DM was the wrong appointment to replace RN, we needed (at whatever cost) a proven manager who could keep us up.

With 12 games left now:

Bristol Rovers (H) D
Bradford (A) D
Rotherham (H) D
Bury (H) D
Blackpool (H) D
Gillingham (A) D
Blackburn (H) D
Wigan (A) D
Doncaster (H) D
Southend (A) W
Scunthorpe (H) W
Shrewsbury (A) W

would get us to 50 points & probable safety... :D
