It'll be ironic if that's Conte's last game, as both Chelsea and Watford keep on following the same policy: both keep sacking previously successful managers and yet both clubs keep on achieving relative success.
Managers that deliver the league (and even the CL) for Chelsea keep failing to see out the following season.
Abramovich is a real enigma. Overall he's a great chairman as he puts in loads of money and keeps himself away from the limelight. And yet he does seem to like a sacking and starting again with a new manager.
Whatever the thinking, the policy seems to work for both clubs.
I kind of agree about Roman A... he tends to be portrayed as a cartoon evil Russian oligarch. But his endles line of managers join, get a lot of money to spend, have some success, and then are sacked with a large pay off. Bloody nice work if you can get it!
