Am I the only one on here who is really confused about Sow, RN said he was the best forward he had ever managed and the one we wanted all along, he played up front on his debut and scored but ever since then when he has played he seems to be playing more as a winger than a striker.

DM seems to like playing him wide as well

What summed it up was yesterday when we were attacking down the right, Williams was just about to load it into the box and Sow ran out from the middle to the touchline leaving short arse Agard in the middle and our tallest forward on the touchline next to the guy crossing...totally baffles me

He's pony. I can't see anyone buying him either.

He was supposed to be the best signing the club had made, all the hype about this fabulous striker, but in reality he’s just another busted flush.

Cost us an arm and a leg in paying off his contract, what a waste of money that was, I’d rather play Nombe, at least he puts in some effort

I don’t think he doesn’t put effort in. He looks animated as fuck often when on the pitch. Nobody does that if they don’t care. I just don’t think he is fit or being used right.

I think he is the sort of player who’d have benefitted from the loan window before it was abolished a few years ago. He definitely needs a pre season here too.

He is a number 9, so should be played as a number 9.

Think the only time I have seen him used as a number 9 was at home to Gillingham where he scored a header.

We are not using him right. He puts effort in.

This is true. The problem is he only ever managed Hearts who are shite. It's like saying the best batsman from Bangladesh.

Its clear that he has talent, its just not working for him here. Adjusting to this league will take time and he seems complete shot of confidence.
