Pay off RN and his staff and bring in a new manager with this squad and no funds to improve it or stick with RN and let him spend the funds we have (if any) on players that could get us out of this s**t position we find ourselves in

Give Ed Rubio a short term contract, with an automatic extension clause into a permanent deal if he keeps us up.

I genuinely think I'd sack him.

No brainer. RN and assistants need to go. Another voice with the squad we have MAY be able to avoid the drop. Come on please we have all seen the lack of football lethargy and everything else negative for over a year now admittedly most this season but we are doomed if he stays nice bloke or not.

Agree, if Pete could find someone with experience to help him.

Just like the final 12 months of Robinson, I think any half-decent manager could get more out of the same squad, than Neilson is currently doing.
Time to pull the trigger before we suffer another avoidable relegation.

Get in a new person. Look at Palace since Hodgson took over. He took over after the window closed. Galvanised a team who lost their first six games and they have never looked back.

It might not work like that for us but he has lost the plot. We can't keep winning one every month or so. I say twist but only cause sticking will only bring us more misery.

Get rid. As it stands we're on a one-way path to L2, where we'll probably stay for years. Anybody else with some experience of football management would give us a vague chance of avoiding the drop.

This, i’m Afraid Pete is too laid back/easygoing, he’s just standing by whilst his football club is free falling. He’l Be lucky to have 3000 season ticket holders next year in league two.
