THE CONCRETE ROUNDABOUT (TCR)

We posted a card in Bletchley on the 28th April to our Granddaughter in Broughton to congratulate her on achieving her Doctorate. It arrived with her yesterday. Nearly three weeks later ! What the hell is the PO playing at.

She now tells us they only get mail deliveries in Broughton about every two weeks !

And they've got the cheek to want more pay.

An old friend of mine sent me a small parcel via' Royal Mail from Scotland last week. It came the next day.

We sent a second class letter to NI and it arrived within 36 hours, but a 1st class letter to Cambridgeshire took a week!!!!
