The Tory party is broken, they aren't fit to govern. A general election is the only democratic solution to this shit show.

Northern Ireland's government is also fucked at the moment. In fact the Secretary of State for NI has been threatening to call an NI Assembly Election if the situation isn't resolved by close of play Friday. He will probably be out of a job within the next few weeks as part of whatever reshuffle happens next. So I've no idea what happens next now. Probably just continue on with no government

I understand that the Tory MPs are going to take it in turns; with a new PM every three days, so that they can all get a PM pension and Boris is breaking off his partying in the Dominican Republic, so he can resume his partying in Westminster.

Gawd alone knows what is going to happen now.
I feel no sorrow or sympathy for them at all though. None.

The Tories may be an utterly incompetent shambles, but at least their frontbenchers don't openly call those on the other side 'scum' in the Commons.

Then again, I suppose when a party has lost every single general election for nearly 50 years apart from those that Blair won, they're going to feel pretty bitter.

It'll be circa 50ish days as PM, 44 days as Leader of the Con Party (abbreviation intended).

I'm sure her and Kwasi have cost us more in the last 40 odd days!
