I've had a go at making one.
No idea if it's going to be too easy, I suspect two of the groups should go fairly quickly which will then make it more obvious what the remaining groups are.
I think I'll wait until someone guesses all four groups, in which case I'll then say how many groups are right, rather than correct people as they go along, but let me know if people want some clues before then.

Jeff-Aqua-Green-Kerosene
Blue-Sky-Pink-Richmond
Helena-Victoria-London-Halifax
Chinese-Cream-Brooklyn-Tower

I'm not sure which of the connections are right / groups are completed. But, piecing together what Keyser and I have guessed, then it would be something like:

The PM group is 4 from: Pitt, Walpole, Baldwin, Blair, Major.

The other group is: Peru, Type, Reporter... and the red herring from the PM group.

But I really can't spot a connection between Peru, Type and Reporter. Or see any 'word' connections like 'goes before / after', 'change a letter', etc.

While we wait for Keyser to give the final connection of the other wall, here's a new one to be going on with...

Triangle. Knot. Marker. Royals.
Extension. Bicycle. Kings. City.
Indians. Rest. Quadrant. Youth.
Flame. Capitals. Uniform. Spider.

Could also be words borrowed from other languages (Kleptomaniac, Schadenfreude and Piranha)? Not sure about that one though. The remaining words in that case would be four from: Type, Reporter, Peru, and two of the Prime Ministers. Could be words with a P in them?

Although the only Forth I can think of is the water north of Edinburgh and no idea what that's got to do with anything, so could just be a typo

Peru, Type, Reporter... one of these words is, inadvertently, a big clue as to the connection.

But knowing you, that's probably a red herring as it seems too obvious. There's also 5 obvious sports teams - Royals (Kansas City, baseball), Kings (Sacremento, basketball), Indians (Cleveland, baseball), Capitals (Washington, ice hockey), and Flame (Calgary, ice hockey). Also knowing you, I'd guess that that's probably a category, but not sure which of those are the right ones (or if there's any extra that I've missed)
