THE CONCRETE ROUNDABOUT (TCR)

I've had a go at making one.
No idea if it's going to be too easy, I suspect two of the groups should go fairly quickly which will then make it more obvious what the remaining groups are.
I think I'll wait until someone guesses all four groups, in which case I'll then say how many groups are right, rather than correct people as they go along, but let me know if people want some clues before then.

I can see a bridge group (Brooklyn / Tower / Richmond / London) with Brooklyn and Victoria possibly being Beckham red herrings? Other than that, I'm clueless.

Two things screaming out at me are projects (Manhattan, Microsoft, Science and Eden) and Prime Ministers (four of Major, Walpole, Blair, Disraeli, Pitt and Baldwin (assuming Eden is the red herring)).

Could also be words borrowed from other languages (Kleptomaniac, Schadenfreude and Piranha)? Not sure about that one though.
The remaining words in that case would be four from: Type, Reporter, Peru, and two of the Prime Ministers. Could be words with a P in them?

Obvs there are PMs, but to get the correct 4 you need to crack the forth group...

Is Keyser giving a subtle clue with 'Forth' group and not 'Fourth' group?
Although the only Forth I can think of is the water north of Edinburgh and no idea what that's got to do with anything, so could just be a typo

Peru, Type, Reporter... one of these words is, inadvertently, a big clue as to the connection.

I can see four words beginning with Latin prefixes based on numbers - Uniform, Bicycle, Triangle, and Quadrant. But knowing you, that's probably a red herring as it seems too obvious.

There's also 5 obvious sports teams - Royals (Kansas City, baseball), Kings (Sacremento, basketball), Indians (Cleveland, baseball), Capitals (Washington, ice hockey), and Flame (Calgary, ice hockey). Also knowing you, I'd guess that that's probably a category, but not sure which of those are the right ones (or if there's any extra that I've missed)
