Thank gawd.
Whamagedden starts tomorrow.

For the uninitiated, the rules.
You have to go straight through December, up until midnight on Christmas Eve, without hearing 'Last Christmas'.
Mission accomplished. :D

Likewise. First year ever for me.

Now you've "won", you can both give in to the Glory that is Last Crimbo. Play it all Boxing Day.

But I only get the real tree in early December so that it still looks good on Christmas Day. :geek:

As do all proper gentlemen.

Mid December for me.

Right-o, here we are again. I've put up my external lights and my tree and most of the decorations. I'll tinker with a few over the next couple of days. The place looks great. Time for some Baileys and some Crimbo tunes.

I fucking LOVE Christmas (at the correct time of year, of course). If you are of the Bah Humbug persuasion I pity you. :D

I love the tree / decorations aspect of Christmas. :P
My trees been up for a week now - I generally do it on the first weekend of December, and it stays looking lovely for most of the time until early January when it's that horrible time to remove it. :(
The house decorations (not outside, just around the house) have been up since the week before (late November). If it was socially acceptable, I'd have them up all year round! :D

Due to decorators being in and the lower part of the house covered in dust/dust covers/painting tools and general sh*te nothing is up at the moment (oo er missus).
I have to say, I don't feel very 'Christmassy' at present anyway, but at my age....

Yes, since last weekend.

It takes The Current Mrs Gers until Christmas day to finish. We don't have anything outside apart from some lights around the storm porch, but inside is a different matter. I also love it, more so just having some time off to do nothing. It's been a totally shit year for me and I quite literally can't wait. I finish up on the 20th and I'm off right up to the new year. My son bought a new house a couple of years ago and I'm doing some work for him over the break, and we're supposed to be going to see My brother in law who lives in London. But that apart, nothing.
