If you take the first class out of it I think most people would be miffed. You’ve made it a class/1st world thing. Train companies can be so “computer says no” .... in this day and age if you can evidence you bought something they should be able to help you out not get bureaucratic about it. Train users are customers but because of the effective monopoly they get to treat customers like an inconvenience. |
