What my wife and daughter love me to cook. Murgh Mussalam (Indian roast chicken, skinned, marinated in yoghurt with garlic ,onion and spices, then covered with a spicy onion, garlic flaked almond paste), Aubergines in the pickling style with onion seeds, tomato and star anise with other spices, Bombay Potatoes, Gujerati Green Beans and Saffron Rice. Actually not that hard to cook but you have to plan so that the chicken is prepared and marinated for at least 24 hours in the fridge.

Can't possibly beat a damn good fry up.

A pork pie from the British Pork Pie making champion, who is a butcher in Settle, is pretty damn good, too!

Not at all Bertie - suggest jacket sweet potato with grated manchego cheese (no butter) topped with quorn bologniase (or a tomato, wine, garlic and red pepper ragu)

Side of spinach leaves and iceberg with cherry tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Amazing stuff!

De Luxe cheese on toast:

Sourdough bread with a good quality cheddar, with stilton crumbled on the top and splashes of Worcester sauce.
