Yeah. Got 'a few quid' in Tron myself. But, as we've said, you have to accept the volatility. IMHO you'd (anyone) would be crazy to put a huge lump sum down.

TRON seems to be relatively stable. Not much action which is always a good sign.
I'm now staking some of my my staked Algo on YLDY. It's got a real world value and is actually earning me more than my Algo staking so I'm very happy with that. I should be getting an airdrop on Sunday of around 8000 YLDY as well. It's only about $50 but it's freeeeeeee
I'm also in on Pi. No idea what's going to happen with that but the concept seems fine. Again, it's cost me nothing and I've accumulated 600 coins so far. If it goes to shit, I've lost nothing other than tapping their app once a day to continue mining.
There's loads out there with potential and as I said, if I'm in enough of them, hopefully one of them will one day go mainstream.
Currently trying to break into IoT mining with Helium but it's so backed up. Only 29.000 miners worldwide and 200.000 on back order. Doubt I'll be getting one any time soon...

I know what puzzles me: how you can find so many different ways to bollock on about crypto.

Don't - they'll probably do it as their 42376th crowdfunding drive.
