We've had a few difficult results, which we have usually bounced back from reasonably well. But We've not really had a sustained poor run of form. The test will be if (and its a big if) we get promoted, how he copes in League One where wins will not be so easy to come by and we will almost certainly have tricky periods. |

For his first season of management in the FL he's done very well and is learning more as he gains the experience. We really need a settled period of manager and I think he is the one we should stick with. |
